We may share actual photographs alongside of silhouettes to show a before/after on our social media pages. If you do not want us using your photos, please let us know that.
We no longer archive orders so you have 72 hours from the time you purchased to send in your photos. If you purchased before we made this change, you still have the time-frame given at the time you purchased. If you choose to send them in later than that, or later than the 72 hour window, there will be a $25 fee to unarchive your order.
If your locket necklace breaks within 30 days of receiving it, even if due to improper handling, we will replace the chain at no cost to you. If the necklace breaks after this point, we will happily repair or replace the chain but there will be a cost involved (depending on the locket/metal type the chain cost varies from $16-$25). Please send us an email so we can help!
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the situation. If the USPS loses your package in transit, please contact us ASAP.
Canceling an order
If you place an order and later decide you would like to cancel it, you have 7 days from the date when the order was made to do that. We can only honor that cancellation if we have not started on your order.
