Photo Policy
We may share actual photographs alongside of silhouettes to show a before/after on our social media pages. If you do not want us using your photos, please let us know that.
Order Archiving
You have 72 hours from the time you purchased to send in your photos. Photos sent past 30 days from the day you ordered will be a $50 fee to unarchive your order. If you do not approve your proofs within a year there is a $50 fee to unarchive your order if you ordered jewelry or ornaments.
Repair Policy
If your chain breaks within 30 days of receiving it, (not due to improper handling), we will replace the chain at no cost to you. If the necklace breaks after this point, we will happily repair or replace the chain but there will be a cost involved (depending on the locket/coin/metal type the chain cost varies from $28-$190). Please send us an email so we can help!
Return Policy
Refunds/cancellations cannot be given once an order is in production due to the highly customized and labor intensive nature of our products. We also cannot offer refunds based on artistic interpretation. We work very hard to make our portraits true to the person as we see them in the photos you send – which is why it’s important to send ones you are happy with. But keep in mind you are purchasing a piece of art and we can only make these drawings based on the photos you provide. Custom pieces are final sale. This includes custom jewelry. While our portraits are very detailed, when putting a silhouette in a locket or engraving onto a coin, you are going to inevitably lose some of that detail. The smaller the locket/coin, the less detail will show through.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the situation. If the USPS loses your package in transit, please contact us ASAP.
Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned since once worn we cannot resell them. Please be aware that some metals cause sensitives in certain individuals but we are not responsible for that.
Canceling an order
If you place an order and later decide you would like to cancel it, you have 7 days from the date when the order was made to do that. We can only honor that cancellation if we have not started on your order.
